Booking. We advise that you read our rental agreement carefully before making reservation.To book the apartment, please send your proposal, including details about your travel plan, dates, number of persons, preferences, and supplement serivces required, to us by email. Alternatively, you can book telephonically by calling the owner at any of the phone numbers available on the contact page. You will receive an invoice, along with payment advice, by email.

Booking advance. To confirm your booking you need to pay a booking advance equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the invoice amount within 7 days of getting the invoice. However, if booking is done less than 31 days in advance, full invoice amount has to be paid. Payments can be made online by credit card or through PayPal, or by wire transfer to our bank account.

Final payment. Final payment should be made no later than 30 days before the date of your arrival.

Security Deposit. A security deposit of US$100 is payable upon arrival. This should be paid in cash - in local currency, US dollars, or euro.

Rental Aagreement. A printed rental agreement is to be signed by the guest upon arrival.

Cancellation policy. If you request for cancellation of your booking in advance, the following amounts are refundable. The refund will be effected through PayPal or other payment gateways accepting credit cards.

Key Pick-up Procedure. The owner family lives on the ground floor of the house. Keys of the apartment are handed over to the guests upon arrival.

Check-in and Check-out Time. Guests can check in after 3.00 PM and must check out before 10.00 AM.
